Angel’s Centre engages parents to actively get involved in advocacy work for improved and inclusive services for children. Parents participate in engagement sessions with duty bearers and service providers to be more intentional in inclusive social service provision especially in health and education.
Networks and Collaborations
Angel’s Centre established networks and collaborations with community structures including police, district, health centres as well as likeminded CSOs to have a holistic impact. Our aim is to see that children have a conducive environment to enable their performance. Angel’s Centre is also part of the Crane Network- Children at Risk Network, Hope speaks- Bugolobi, National Union of Disabled Persons of Uganda, National NGO forum, Special Children’s Trust, Uganda Pioneers Association – Nansana.
Commemoration of World days
Angel’s Centre joins in the commemoration of world days such as Down syndrome day, cerebral palsy day to continue creating awareness on intellectual disability as well as advocate for inclusive services for education and health.
