Elisha is a 7year old boy diagnosed with down syndrome. He is a friendly boy that socializes easily with people especially his peers at school and at home. Elisha goes to Ainembabazi Pre-primary school. He loves singing, and the parents already see a musician in the near future.
However, because of his condition Elisha is prone to health challenges like cough and flue as well as dental challenges among others. Other than education, he still needs support with toilet training and speech stimulation. Unfortunately, given the current economic situation with only one bread winner for the family (the dad who is a teacher), it is becoming a bit challenging for the parents to support the boy with his education, health and rehabilitation goals. The family is therefore looking for a generous person to help them with ensuring that Elisha’s health and education needs are met timely.
